My daughter loves her treatment care with Ashley! We’re overall happy and satisfied with how caring and understanding she is. No complaints at all!

Edit: Your response is truly laughable. Based on some of the other reviews for your "center", quality services for clients are lacking as well. The exploitation of a wild animal this practice does is absolutely reprehensible! No one is fooled by your claims he is a “rescue” so it’s justified. That doesn’t mean you can exploit him. He should be in a sanctuary. Sloths don’t like being handled and what message of “hope” is it that a wild animal is kept in captivity, in a totally artificial environment, to be used solely to meet other’s needs and desires?

Very caring and helpful staff

I suggest that Veterans DO NOT use this facility as part of "Care in the Community." I was scheduled and the provider walked in the door 10 minutes late- as I was leaving. The provider then challenged me, "What, you've never been late before?" We have all been late, but the challenge question was unprofessional. I was not angry and called later to reschedule. At the end of the day I was called and informed that I had been dropped as a client, because the provider was late. Totally unprofessional.

Anchored in Hope is a fantastic therapy center that provides exceptional care for all ages. My children saw Ashley when they were younger, and now she works with my teen. She has always done an incredible job, offering thoughtful and effective support. The new building is absolutely beautiful, and Ashley’s work incorporating sloths is SO COOL. Highly recommend!

We appreciate the professionalism and personal attention offered at Anchored in Hope. We feel accepted and have been met with understanding, respect, flexibility, and quality services. My daughter really likes her counselor and that positive rapport and relationship is so important. It can be challenging to find highly desired appointment times.
