As a parent, I finally felt heard. Dr. Anderson took her time, explained everything, and helped us understand our child’s needs.
In May, I reached out to Dr. Anderson to discuss my concerns about my 2-year-old grandson, who was non-verbal. We were worried that he might have autism. She provided detailed information about potential tests and alleviated our worries. Fortunately, we received positive news; our grandson's condition is actually referred to as being tongue-tied. The options presented to us were surgery or tongue exercises, and we opted for the exercises. When we shared this news with Dr. Anderson, her enthusiasm was palpable, as if it were her own child. Her caring nature is evident in the way she interacts with children

I took my son here to be evaluated. It is impossible to get anybody on the phone. After a 3 hour evaluation, I wasn't given much info and was told we didn't need a follow up visit. I had to call to see what the next steps were, as I am new to all of this. Although again, no one answered after a few times of calling. Very disappointed. Definitely going to get a second opinion, since the whole experience hasn't been super pleasant, and has me uneasy.
