I'm really not satisfied with these people .. I had a allergic reaction to my meds and all I get told by the The receptionist to stop taken it and I have to wait to see my doctor but if I stop taken I'm gonna just ended back up in the ER... Like last last night

I am a current patient who has been left without medication. My provider Dr Boggs left the practice 2 months ago and they have been unable to get me a new provider. I have been on the phone with them several times and I am being told there are no providers available to prescribe my medication. I am beyond mortified that a mental health facility is leaving their patients unmedicated. It's completely unacceptable that they've been unable to get a provider in 2 months time.

Anew delivers a very needed support service to our community. I'm grateful to this organization and their mission.

As someone who was in an incredibly low point in their life, I absolutely love this place. They've worked really hard to help me and I'm forever appreciative. I've had great experiences with the whole team and I look forward to continuing my journey with them.

A great psychiatric group with lots of intelligence as far as psychiatric needs. However, I do think there’s a problem with misdiagnosis of bipolar and women as usual as in every psychiatric scene because they mask each other so well And it’s gauge by men’s symptoms, not women’s in the book. so if you have ADHD, I recommend that you truly advocate for yourself And make your needs clear.

My therapist has been wonderful and caring! She is not at all the issue. The office is an entirely different story. Being a self pay patient on limited income, I had a payment plan set up with the billing department and scheduled my appointments so that my appointment was on Monday and I would pay when I was paid the Thursday after. That was not honored and they were charging me within minutes on an autopay. I removed my card and was paying myself. They asked me after so long to place a card on file and I did and then was charged immediately following my appointment once again, against the payment plan that was set up. Nobody in billing will return my emails but keep spamming me about non payment and card declining with no regard for the payment plan in place. They won't even honor their own agreements. I do not recommend them for this reason if you are self pay. Edit to add-one month since a reply looking into the issue and they haven't looked into it at all. Do not use them if you are self pay. Not kidding.

I can not begin to say how grateful I am to have been referred to ANEW. I love my psychiatrist, she really listens and I feel like I'm a part of the treatment planning instead of just having meds forced on me. The nurses are so nice and understanding. The front office staff has been nothing short of amazing. I feel really supported in my mental health journey and that means so much to me.

I've been looking for a therapist for 6 plus years now and I've just finally found one that I can connect with on a level that I haven't ever been able to reach before. And it wasn't just my therapist that impressed me it was a former therapist/lifecoach. There is a bit of a wait list so I would get on board as soon as possible. But I assure you everybody that you talk to here will be incredibly understanding and resourceful when it comes to getting you the help you need. Much appreciated and sincerely Samuel Elliott
