Front office and intake staff were professional and polite. The Nurse Practitioner I met with was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I honestly felt comfortable being honest with my current mental state and confident in her ability to genuinely help me be as well as possible.

I went through a whole treatment of TMS at Anew Era. During that time, I've more than doubled my quality of life and well being. I'd like to thank the technician Sophia for keeping me company and looking out for me and my health. Ashley at the front desk also helped me greatly in communicating between my pharmacy and psychiatrist. Speaking of, my psych Dexter always has my best interest in mind, carefully adjusting medication as I need it. Overall, I feel truly loved and cared for at Anew Era. Every little concern or question I have, they've treated it with utmost importance. Thank you, everyone at Anew Era!!

I had an amazing experience. I was so lucky to have Sophia as my TMS Tech! Not only was she professional but she was so sweet and genuine. You know you’re in a great place when you look forward to your appointments! If you’re hesitant on trying TMS, use this as your sign to do it. Everyone from Ashley at the front desk to the manager Jen, will leave you feeling at home and cared for. I can’t thank them all enough!

It was suggested by my therapist to do TMS here and I have to say, I am forever better off because I did this. And to add to that, I got to work with Sophie! She is such a nice lady, kind and a great listener. I had some questions and she answered everything, even went as far as checking in to see if was okay during the process. (I’m a little jumpy. Next time I’ll be doing the anxiety side if I get accepted.) Great service, a fantastic Sophie. 5 stars across the table.

Anew Era TMS has been a wonderful resource and support for my TMS journey. I had an incredible experience during this round with Sophia. She was consistently kind, compassionate and accommodating.
