Angelic Steps Therapy

The initial outreach part was good. My inquiry was well received and contact was frequent until I turned in all requested documentation and Angelic waited to hear from my insurance company. After that point, they never reached out. I always had to initiate contact by asking when we might proceed to the next stage of the intake process. I was always politely told that the person I contacted would ask her manager and she would let me know. She never did. They then went completely unresponsive and I finally had to fire them due to this wholly unprofessional turn they took, but not before they made me waste too much of my time. Any provider that cannot be bothered to provide substantive answers to questions from would-be patients (especially children) who have already turned in all their medical history and insurance information should not be in business, or at the very least, the unresponsive employees should no longer have a job there.

Angelic Steps is wonderful. My child goes there and they not only care about these kids but actively advocate for them. Simona in particular just goes above and beyond. My child was in public school, where the try to accommodate him, and now he's in a place that is specifically designed for him. Night and day difference. Highly recommended.
