Angels Neurological Centers

I should have listened to the reviews and now I regret waiting months to get an appointment. The first indicator that I should have left was the building itself. Upon entering it smelled like a veterinarian office that hasn't been cleaned in weeks, there's no art on the walls, walls that arent even fully painted, a static radio playing ( no TV) and cubicles set up. It looked more like a corporate office than a doctor's office. The lady up front was nice and that is the only redeeming quality of this place. I then get called back but only after a few attempts because my name was being misprounced and I didn't know she was calling me. That's okay, a lot of people get it wrong BUT I never get the attitude the woman gave nor the death glare she put forth. We then proceed to this weird little room where she asked me, incredibly rude I might add, "What did I need?". I proceed to explain to her that I had testing done by a previous neurologist and I cannot get an appointment with him to have the results explained so my doctor sent me here to hopefully get help. I then find out she's not even a neurologist, she is just a nurse practioneer. I waited that long and I do not even get to see a specialist????Long story short she just repeated over and over that I need to see the doctor that did the testing and there's nothing they can do. Even after I show her a list of all my symptoms (2 pages long), she dismisses me by finding ONE symptom that is not neurology related. My appointment lasted under 2 minutes with zero help. She showed zero sympathy or compassion. She was not even willing to look at all of my symptoms and offer any other testing or guidance. Her behavior and pure hateful attitude has no place in a healthcare facility. Thank you for dismissing me and making me wait months for absolutely nothing.

There was no explanation of why I was there. The office clerk was not friendly. The doctor’s bedside manner was rude and didn’t seem to be concerned about his patients. Also he didn’t introduce himself and he didn’t explain what tests were going to be done.

i wouldn’t send my worst enemy here! I suffer from IIH( Increased Idiopathic Hypertension) and had a spinal tap and got a spinal headache from it which led me to another hospital stay, which caused daily headaches. All this place does is ignore you and dismisses your symptoms. My new neurologist has finally been able to help my headaches! The place i go to now a lot of people go to them after being seen at Angels Neurology! Please don’t let doctors dismiss your symptoms!

Went in for an appointment, was in and out pretty quickly for a test. Ive never been here until today but the doctor was very nice.

This is an awful company, to the point that I'm going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Twice I stopped by during business hours to provide my insurance card; twice they were closed. No one ever answers the phone. I had an in home sleep study a month ago; no one called me with an interpretation, next steps, etc. Avoid this place at all costs.

The girls in the office were very nice. I found the Doctor Who did the test no bedside manner said that he would send the results and my primary would have them on a Friday or Monday. Well all that time has gone by and it is Wednesday over a week and still no answer answers
