I have had a horrible time with them. I've had my manager changed randomly. I've been stood up, forgotten, and not cared about as much because I appear "high functioning." Lets talk about how I showed up to my last appointment and the secretaries (three of them) didn't want to tell me so they got their boss to come out and tell me that they sent my case manager home sick and that she would "contact me next week." SO THEY SENT HER HOME AND DID NOT TELL HER CLIENTS?? Oh yeah and the fact that my casemanager DID NOT CONTACT ME. haha its been two weeks. THIS IS PLACE IS A JOKE. Unless you're "bad" enough and maybe you'll get the help. DO NOT USE.
They have always been amazing to me and my husband. I've been going over 2 years, and we've had close, trusting relationships with all of the workers.
Overall just been incredibly unhelpful.
They were ok at first but wanted to see if they had true intentions of helping, they dont help they seek homeless people cause those are the only people they can get money off of from there insurance since they are in dire need, I went through 5 case workers in less then 3 months cause they left cause they didnt like how angelzs run and how they treat the people, sadly its the truly unfortunately and I have evidence of that, I got a case worker thats in training! Always rescheduled everything, they are the reason why I went back to relapsing into alcohol they begged me to stay and I've had it with them, I dont recommend this place for many reasons they know I have no transportation to get my meds through them and they havnt bothered to help getting them for me when they have there own pharmacy in the same place, I begged for the last 2 weeks for my meds cause I need them. Its sad unfortunately I dont recommend people going there at all, if you truly want help seek a different service through somewhere else.
Wonderful staff always helpful, always make you feel like family, cares about you and your recovery. Front staff pheene is the most wonderful person!
Been coming to anglez for several months. Everyone from front desk receptionist to my casemagement have been more than accommodating, respectful. Even when I changed my therapist at anglez they were very, genuinely concerned about my mental health and well being. I can't thank them enough for all support they give me. They are always welcoming, with friendly smiles and curious about mental check in. Even for appointments. Thank you
I went there originally to get a case worker, they were always short staffed in that department and I think I went through 5 different case workers before I decided to give up on them with that.. I was also going through their substance abuse program and had a therapist. Something I couldn't get at Groups at the time. My therapist was the best I've ever had, but my counselor, Ryan, constantly used our groups to talk about sex...as a female, it was extremely uncomfortable, and I felt like most of the females felt that way as well. I ended up leaving because of him because I couldn't deal with the anxiety about coming to our group anymore. I went back to Groups about a year after I started there and have felt better (and my group is made out of 8 wonderful men, only 2 females -me and 1 other) no weirdness and we all are very close! Even had a male counselor for a bit and he never made any of us feel uncomfortable. I hope he doesn't work there no longer-its not the job he should have...but good luck to all who go there....again my therapist was the best and I miss her dearly (Erin is her name i believe-its been so long but I would never forget his name-he disgusted me!) That's my personal experience and it was horrible, hope others have a better one!
I’ve been a member at Anglez for roughly 7 years and I would most likely not be where I am now without their services and support. The staff are down to earth and truly care about their members. I recommend to anyone seeking sobriety.
