I won’t be too harsh here, because I can understand fully having a new nail tech, and although Megan was really nice, I wasn’t very happy in the end how my nails turned out. I went here hoping to find a local nail salon since I always go to Wichita and couldn’t during the week of Thanksgiving because my nail tech was all booked up, so I thought I’d try here since it came up first recommended by Google for good nail salons in Hutchinson. Maybe I asked for too complicated of how I wanted my nails done (I personally don’t think so), but it started with her taking a nail file to get my paint off which took a while, then two of my nails were chipped off and she just painted over them, which affected how my nails looked because some were longer than others. She also didn’t paint all of my nail, leaving half of the bottom exposed. My nails lasted for a week before about half of them popped off, so I went back to my Wichita nail tech today who has been a professional for 15 years now and she unfortunately had a lot to say about how my nails looked (she actually said they were destroyed)… it actually required her to take them off and start all over again from scratch as if I had no fake nails on top of my own to fix the shape of them. I know Megan is new so I cannot be mad at her, it wasn’t her fault, but my advice to this place is maybe get some nail techs that know a lot about how to do acrylic nails, knowing that it takes lots of equipment (drill, nail filer, to get them filed down to the preferred length) and if a nail chips off, not to just paint over it because it does show. But maybe it was my fault, maybe I should have specified that I have fake nails on. Also, charging for a full pedicure when all that was done on me is having them painted and sugar scrub is not really a pedicure.. I expected a massage, hot towels, callus remover.. things like that. But I know this is more than a nail salon so. The facial I got was nice however! Really enjoyed it. But I cannot say I’ll return… I’m so sorry. I’ll just stick to Wichita from now on. It disappoints me as I was hoping to find a place in Hutch but my nails are important to my image. But Megan tried, she really did, so I don’t blame her. I just paid $100 and that wasn’t worth it at all, way overpriced.

Call all ladies! This is such a great spot for salon needs, girl's day out, and even has a cute shopping area. A little unassuming from the outside, I was really impressed by the wonderful atmosphere and beautiful chandeliers. My daughter loved her haircut, and the stylist was very thoughtful where to add her layers in. My son has a top-notch fade, which has been hard to achieve with his curly hair.

Katie & Gina did amazing on myself (the bride) and two other family members for our wedding hair. They are so talented, create a fun environment, and our hair lasted all day despite the rainy weather! Cannot recommend them enough for special occasion hair & makeup!

Took my son for color work with Tatum burnett.. came out absolutely amazing .. Tatum and Meghan did an awesome job! Highly recommended

I went in for a highlight and new growth coverage. I showed a picture of the color and we talked through some color choices. I made it clear I wanted to lighten and brighten my color. That did not happen. The first time she shampooed my hair it was very brassy, so she toned it and I was a bright strawberry blonde. Not at all what I asked for. She then retoned my hair and it was a mousey brown/blondish color. I had been there for 4 hours at this point. She told me to come back to redo it, and I can appreciate that. But I made time out of my busy schedule to get my hair done right, the first time. I paid for the service and even left a tip for her. But Gina did not listen, did not do what I asked and was gossiping about customers, and staff during my service I am a former stylist and know that sometimes customers will ask for something unrealistic but I was blonde when I went in and now, I’m not. So unhappy with this place!
