Whatever a sternum rub is? It’s illegal for Nurse Brandy to perform on a wide awake human being. Just because I had not wanted to do what she told me to do doesn’t mean to cause an attempted assault and harm on me!! This place should be shut down!!

DO NOT go here if you are having a crisis or just need some support/TLC/ or group therapy. everybody is overworked and they are understaffed-- group wasn't done once when i was admitted and i was constantly overstimulating from being with schizophrenic patients who caused lots of disruptions and it ultimately affected my mental health worse being there. this place is a last resort option

I highly recommend Apalachee to anyone struggling with mental health problems. I've been receiving therapy from Apalachee Center for years. They provided me with a VERY qualified professional therapist by the name of Sri Kothur. I've been doing therapy with Sri for over a year. Every time I speak with Sri, I gain critical insights about tailoring cognitive behavioral therapy methods to my specific personal mental health struggles. Before I received help from Apalachee, seemingly uncontrollable emotional episodes were ruining my life. Apalachee Center helped me understand why I struggle and they made sure I received the assistance I needed to begin the LONG journey of recovery.

I rather go to TMH behavioral health center then here because the doctor from inpatient isn’t really a good doctor her name is Dr. Jamie. I don’t think she barely talks to the patient. She only ask you how are you doing? How do you feel? Do you have thoughts of suicide and that’s it and other doctors Are OK sure they asked the same question but they don’t just let you go like that. They actually give you advices and that’s all but that’s good but Dr. Jamie does the opposite Dr. Jamie always seem frustrated. She wants to do things quickly during treatment team and here’s the part that I don’t get whenever a 12 hours from CRF ends. You still don’t see the doctor so I spent the whole day and the whole night until the next day and apparently they changed the rules. You cannot take a nap downstairs in CRF anymore like I can’t even take a little nap it’s because time flies by faster if you sleep downstairs instead of you waiting there until you go upstairs imagine you going through a lot and you want to go to sleep just for a couple hours you can’t because apparently it’s the rules if you want to go to sleep, you have to sleep while sitting down in the waiting room and here’s the part that really gets me whenever you start crying they don’t even say are you OK or nothing while you are downstairs only the beach unit does the opposite because a beach unit the Staff from upstairs ask you are you OK because they actually care

When I went here I SWEAR nobody knew anything about anything. They lost/didn’t give me medication that a doctor assigned to me for terrible period cramps, they did not give me the clothes that my mom brought me, horrible management, one of the psychiatrist doesn’t let kids off on weekends because she doesn’t “trust” the other psychiatrist to do so, whatever that means. IT MADE WORSE! some of the nurses have an attitude and it’s clear they don’t want to be there, staff cusses around kids, they are NOT professional whatsoever, if I could give this place a ZERO, I would!
