Abusive and rigid resulting in trauma. NO one should be treated this way.
My little sister has been receiving services from Apex for the past 2.5 years, the person coming to my house has always been respectful and courteous. My mom has had to change times and they have been most accommodating. I see the improvements in my sister's attitude and she is more fun to be around. I would recommend Apex to anyone that has behavioral issues in their family.
had them for years--always send the best ofthe best abas--100p dependable had 3 years and only 2 abas! --we had one bad joker who was fired but other than that excellent-(during pandemic so it was hard to train)-we will be going back
These people are the absolute worst. They dont communicate with families at all, and when you confront them all they do is lie. Christina Pienton is the worst case-manager. I spoke to her yesterday and she fed me nothing but liesss in regards to why my little brother has not been receiving any services for the past couple weeks. She claims the person who was working with my little brother quit out of no where due to family emergency, which was a lie— when the lady gave the company weeks noticed and the company faild to let us know...
Worst experience working with an ABA agency in my entire life and my daughter has been receiving home ABA for years. An incompetent BCBA with a very rigid view of how ABA has to be done, and unwilling to work with parents. When I had concerns they would talk to me but just to get me off their back, none of my feedback was ever used. BTs with minimum training. I feel sorry for all the kids that might be working with them in the future. My recommendation is stay away, no ABA is better than this.
Apex runs an extremely abusive operation. Apex conducts poor training, and its administrative system places the blame for all of Apex's issues on the lowest-paid employees. There is an extremely high turnover rate at Apex because middle management has problematic hiring and training policies. This is not a reputable institution, and you are unlikely to receive consistent care from Apex because of its extremely high turnover rate. Do not use, extremely unreliable and problematic. You or your child will suffer from the administrative issues at Apex.
