Unfortunately, the clinic has proven unreliable, with frequent cancellations that disrupt consistency. Within just six weeks, two weeks of sessions were canceled, which has directly affected my child’s progress. More cancellations are expected. When I asked for continuity, something that should be a reasonable expectation they responded that they cannot guarantee sessions and even suggested we might not be a good fit. This felt dismissive and showed little regard for the challenges families face when seeking stable support for their children. While the clinic may work for some, my experience has been one of inconsistency and lack of accountability. For families who need reliable care, I feel this is not the one to consider.

The experience my kid has with this place is horrible. My kid was dealing with a new therapist every week on the top of his disorder. They only cear about insurance. I wouldn't recommend this place to any one .

All 3 of my children attend Apple Consulting, and we started with my oldest, back in 2017. They have been nothing but kind and caring, if I ask the BCBAs to understand something more or to not do something with my child that wouldn’t benefit them, they listen to me and we have a conversation. My children also have in-school services, at a private school. My children truly adore their BTs, and when we were having struggles with our insurance, they helped us out and continued services with us. I truly appreciate them, and the care and work they have done for my family and I.

Was given a therapist totally not matching what they said was needed by our child during intake. Extremely unprofessional. For example, our child wanted to leave the room, so ran for the door. There was one person blocking the door and another person tried to grab him from behind to stop him, but instead made him fall down, almost hitting a toy on the floor that could have injured him. Another session, didn't take our child to the bathroom for the entire 3 hours. Worst of all, your child won't learn anything there as the therapists are on their computers the vast majority of the time, and may toss a toy to keep the kid occupied otherwise or let them watch cartoons on a device. My wife asked them why they are typing so much. They said it's for the report. All they are interested in is to charge your insurance. After the first day, every time we drove our kids there, they would cry when they saw where we were going. Avoid this place at all costs.

We have been so lucky to have found our place here with Apple Consulting . They really went to work for us , when our insurance wouldn't ! We are so happy to see our girl progressing and growing there . She feels enriched and so proud of herself .
