Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
About 3 months ago my son started therapy and little by little I have seen some progress. My child loves going to therapy, he adapted very well, and the staff is always very friendly.
I really like the place and the staff! My son Jose is happy there, Connie and Veronica are very kind and friendly! We'll be there for a long time.
The entire team is so caring, professional, and genuinely invested in making a difference. They take the time to understand the child’s needs and create a personalized plan that truly works. The therapists are patient, kind, and celebrate every little victory. Communication has been amazing, and it really feels like a partnership built on trust and compassion. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality ABA therapy!
I have been reaching out to ABA centers for the past few weeks and there customer service by far the worst. I had a tour which i loved, the staff was nice and accommodating to my child during the tour which was great. The center was not as up to date but during my tour they were cleaning it up which showed they are on top of cleanliness. I was looking to enroll my child in the all day program because the afterschool program is super packed and was concerned my child was not receive appropriate services due to the amount of kids. However, my main concerns came from the intake coordinator Jordan Dragon. After making the decision to go with them i applied via there website and had to follow up twice to get an update if anyone was going to follow up with my application, i received no response. This was Sept 2nd i applied and followed up on Sept 5th and Sept 10th no update. I am pretty sure they will reply to this review before they even reply to my email. In short, would not recommend them at all.
Wow! Wish I would of read the other reviews sooner .. this is such a dishonest corporation .. I spoke to the coordinator xiomara over a month ago, since she said afternoons were fully booked, I told her put him on the morning schedule and just put him on the waiting list for afternoons and once I move I will transition him from the center to at home ABA services. I specifically asked her if she was submitting everything to the insurance that day and she said yes. She said she’d give me a call once the insurance authorize everything which can take up to a month. My son has been taking aba therapy since age 2 so I know how the process goes. She the OVER A MONTH later to ask me what “hours” I want so that she can submit everything to the insurance. Even though we had already gone over the hours several times she waited OVER a month to ask me again the same question of what hours I wanted and lied to me because she never submitted anything to the insurance knowing the urgency I have for him to start therapy…. They will waste your time carelessly! No consideration for the child who is need of therapy. I asked her for ceo or superviser phone number and never got a text back. This is unacceptable ! A child’s time is valuable and every day without therapy is detrimental to their progress . After reading other reviews, I’m glad this happened ! Will be enrolling him in ABA therapy elsewhwre !!! Just upset they wasted 2 months of my time I could of done this process with another center and my son would be in therapy by now .
I’ve had my son here for about a year now for summer and after school therapy sessions after he aged out of early intervention and wanted to transition him to services at a center vs. at home since his behavior issues were getting worse. He’s made great progress. It’s given him routine, he’s around kids like him where autism is understood and he’s actually almost potty trained. He speaks more now though still working on it but it has been a difference. Finding in home services is hard when there aren’t so many therapists available so it’s good to have them as an option for his behavioral therapy when everyone else was booked.
We started here a few months ago, and I’ve been happy with how things are going. The team is friendly and always greets us with a smile. I’ve popped in a few times during pickup and never felt uneasy about the environment. It’s a busy place, but it feels structured and calm. The staff seem to really know the kids and make an effort to keep families in the loop.
It's my first time with my son going to therapy at this place, but I was scared by some of the comments because it's my first time with them.
