Aptus Therapy Services

We took our daughter for an evaluation for speech therapy and completed the initial evaluation. They had let us know that it does take 3-4 weeks for insurance to process and not to worry they would reach out when everything was ready. They had let my wife know it would be 65$ per treatment (even though my daughter is insured under my copay plan that specifies $40 per specialist appointments) My wife received a call from them 4 weeks later stating when can our daughter been seen for an evaluation. The initial evaluation that was performed was not finished. When we inquired why it hadn't been completed they said the clinician who did the evaluation was no longer there, and wouldn't go into detail as to what happened. We were upset because it took 4 weeks to find out the evaluation was not completed correctly. We would have to repeat the same 1+ hour long evaluation, and possibly wait another 3-4 weeks to get any update only to maybe find out another clinician had failed at their job and repeat the process again. We found another speech pathologist, evaluation was completed correctly, and the treatments are $40 as indicated by my insurance card. The treatment began 1 week later. We're out on $150, but I just can't stand incompetence or the lack of follow through.

Staff was always attentive to my healing process and are knowledgeable.

My 8 month old just started about 2 weeks ago and has already started showing improvements… daycare staff where she attends has mentioned how she attempts her movements in which I advised she has been being helped being assisted by with her physical therapist at Aptus Therapy in Edinburg:)

My son has been receiving therapy services from this place, and i have to say, i absolutely love it. At first i was skeptical, but after seeing my sons progress with speech, potty training, and over all his behavior, my mind was changed. I highly recommend this place for any child that needs it ♥️ thank you APTUS and ABA services

We are always welcomed with a smiling face from Maria. I'm so grateful for the incredible work Laura has done with my son. She has been so welcoming and understanding, as well as providing a wonderful way of making his therapy sessions fun and engaging. Laura has significantly helped with his overall development and continues to encourage his developmental growth. My nearly 2 year old son absolutely adores her and usually waits by the door looking forward to his appointments. We are filled with gratitude for the expertise and dedication this facility provides. I definitely recommend this facility to any family needing their services.
