They pretend to care. They give you hope. They claim to want to work with me on taking over guardianship of my special needs sister when I'm gone. They drag their feet. Then they ghost you. For over a year they make excuses, then don't return your emails or phone calls. Very disrespectful, disappointing and completely unprofessional. This is the president who I am referring to. The president & CEO of the Arc of Bergen and Passaic. Guardianship planning. Disgraceful.

How do you get inside the building?

The Arc is a wonderful agency that helps people with special needs and I have been with them since 5 years and They don’t interfere with your church schedule. And it’s a major blessing The staff are Phenomenal and well mannered and lots of fun
