Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
Edit: The owner states that this review was flagged for misinformation. Just for the record, they had to repay my daughter's insurance company for the thousands in charges! The charges were deemed as fraudulent! The owner's reply to this review is nothing but a sad attempt at saving their name. I've sadly heard of several families that had similar experiences since this took place. Please look elsewhere for ABA services!!! The administration side of Arches is a nightmare! We enrolled our daughter late last fall. We were told Jan. for an estimated start time, then Feb. Finally we were given an actual start date for the end of March. 5 days before that start date Barbara called and told me they once again needed to push back her start date. Training/staffing issues were the excuse we heard over and over. We were offered parent training as a supplement. For any working parent, it's not feasible. We changed our daughter's therapy services to fit their schedule. We planned our lives and work schedules around their projected start dates. We turned down multiple centers that had placement during the time we waited on Arches. After the last push back I became extremely concerned. We had a friend call inquiring about enrollment. Not only was she told they were enrolling students, she was told they had placement in the near future. So, our family was strung along for 5 months but they are still enrolling students with the implication of a timely start date!? Unethical. It was extremely upsetting. We contacted our daughter's insurance company and found out they pre-authorized multiple charges for a substantial amount of money. After that we had enough. We closed her case. Filed reports with insurance to facilitate Arches repaying them. We contacted other ABA centers near by and let them know what happened. One center made room for our daughter. It's nicer, more established and they didn't string us along like Arches did. We seriously dodged a bullet. Any parent looking to enroll with Arches please be aware of the games administration will play and check your insurance regularly for unjustified charges!
Arches ABA Therapy has been such a blessing for our family. The growth and confidence my son has gained from his time there has been amazing to watch. Because of their love, patience, and dedication, he walked into kindergarten ready—and in his very first month he was named Student of the Month! I couldn’t be more proud of him, and I know it wouldn’t have been possible without his incredible ABA team cheering him on every step of the way.
We’ve been at arches since September and have nothing but positive things to say about Arches. The BCBA’s, techs, and admin staff have all been nothing but wonderful! My little guys loves it there! He runs in the building every morning and every afternoon comes out with a huge smile on his face! My little guy has made such huge progress since being with Arches. I couldn’t thank them enough for all that they do for the autism community and my child.
The therapists here are awesome, and some of THE BEST you could ask for!! My son loves going, and sometimes acts as if he doesn't even want to leave! They work so well with my baby, and the parent training really helps to carry over his new skills into our home setting. Also, in my personal experience, they have been EXTREMELY understanding of our scheduling and attendance issues. We've had everything from a lengthy illness and outside therapies, to running late and an impromptu vacation. And mostly recently, allowing time off for my upcoming surgery and car troubles...which they went above and beyond to assist with! 🥰 They're amazing 🥹❤️❤️
The therapist are great but their policies are ridiculous and not easily attainable by most working parents. They care more about enforcing their late tardy policy than they do about helping an autistic child that is thriving in their care. Not willing to work with the parents in the least bit even if you’re driving over an hour to bring your child to them. Again, therapist are great and the BCBA’s are great but the running staff is questionable.
