they are nice people to me
This place does not need to be here!!!! Helping people that’s a joke they don’t want to help people, I waited a month for an appointment, came in today finally and they couldn’t find me on the system and the desk woman was like ops my bad I gave you the wrong appointment, it was suppose to be In September, another month, so I told the rude lady that your telling me I drove an hour to come to this appointment and it’s the wrong date, she wrote down the next date and didn’t say sorry or anything, I was so ticked off, I was like you know what keep the date I’m not coming back and you just lost business, not to mention I drove back twice already to feel out paperwork and sign papers. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to no one.
I was referred here to a lady named Rebecca. I have CPTSD and went to about 7 sessions with her. One day She emailed her boss about me making fun of things I told her and accusing me of "faking it" she accidentally attached my spouse to the email and we got a copy too. I have not been able to return or trust a therapist since. We contacted the office and no Apology was given.
It was awesome. They know my problems and share significant and useful information with me.
If I could give this establishment 0 stars that's exactly what I would give it. Incompetent RUDE staff there's so many more things I could could say about this company as a whole NEEDS to be shut down!
