Working with this company has exceeded all expectations that I had. The office personnel are always looking for new ways to be more efficient and there is a sense of team that everyone seems to have. The owners are incredibly kind and so is everyone that I have met in my time working here. Even people who leave the company want to come back when they are gone! This company has great, friendly, and helpful people in the office. As a staff, they will do everything they can to help you be successful. The open door policy makes it easy to come in and talk with HR/ payroll any time. I appreciate everything this company has done to invest in me as an employee and help me be successful! Negative experience to say the least. unprofessional office personnel.
Honestly, I don't even know where to start with this company. They have high behavior clients, and no support from coworkers, upper management, or the owners. The majority of staff are lazy, and sit on their phones all day. They refuse to work with certain clients. When issues are brought up to management, they tend to point fingers and ask questions later. They cater to the lazy employees because they are usually the ones who pick up extra shifts due to lack of staff and staff calling out all the time.
