For a company that deals with mental health and has the understanding that reaching out and asking for help is difficult and to not return any phone call and voicemail shows that they’re here to show that know one really cares. They don’t need my money at the moment so I'm not important. Truly glad I didn’t waste my money.

Dr. Jeremy Morris was foundational in behavioral counseling for my "on the spectrum" child. I am completely grateful for his help.

I was referred here by a friend and Ive been seeing Jeremy for almost a year. When I was trying to get in, I found the initial contact frustrating because I wanted to talk to someone immediately and I had to wait. The wait, which was like a 24 hours, was well worth it. The process from there was smooth sailing. I completed an initial intake form basically asking what my goals were, what I had previously been diagnosed with, etc. You set all appointments online which is awesome since I hate calling places. I do telehealth appointments which is awesome too since I'm based in a different city. From what Ive asked Jeremy, the intake form is read and patients are then referred to a therapist in the practice that they think would fit best which I find peculiar but pretty cool since before this therapy has always been like running in the dark. You can schedule as many appointments in advance as you like, I think Im scheduled almost to the end of 2022. I refer anyone who asks about therapy here because the experiences Ive had here by far excel any experience anywhere else. Are there things I wish I could change, sure, but nothing is perfect, and I can acknowledge that. From the people I have referred Ive heard pretty good things. One has said their lady, Idk their name, actually seemed to care about what they were saying, and made progress seem more obtainable by talking about creating a list of triggers and growth plans. Ill continue to refer people here and continue to go as well.

If you really want to pivot on your mental health treatment plan and then left out to dry because Jeremy doesn’t do proper billing then check these guys out. They provided the doctors note I needed the day after work let me go, changed my treatment plan completely within 30 days and the left me out to dry when I didn’t have money to pay the bill I didn’t know I owed. Jeremy was also professional enough to block my number when trying to get a resolution.
