ASPECTS ABA

I would like to personally thank this company for the wonderful work they have done for my friend who has been taking their child for a year now. I was recently able to the great transformation my friends child has made while participating in this program. The child has grown tremendously and my friend gives all the credit to this company. My friend raves about their attention to detail, responsiveness, professionalism and most importantly work ethic. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! With all sincerity, Thank You for all you do and the passion you show these kids.

Extremely unresponsive. I was on a waitlist and hadn't heard from them and I completely forgot about it. They scheduled a virtual visit months later (which is fine I was on a waitlist) but they scheduled a virtual visit and never sent me details for the visit. I have to call them to get them to send me the link and then they tell me that my son needs to be with me. My son was at school for Pre-K. When I scheduled the visit no one told me my son needed to be with me. It was extremely frustrating, I had to schedule another visit. I scheduled the visit. She put me on ANOTHER waitlist I guess, because I never heard from them again.

I'm so thankful to have found ASPECTS, my child has improved tremendously from therapy here. Everyone here makes you feel understood and truly care for your concerns as a parent. I truly do appreciate all their hard work and dedication that's what keeps us here at ASPECTS. Everyone here at ASPECTS is incredible and I'm so grateful for everyone, we are a team!!
