We’ve been very happy with everyone we’ve worked with at Aspen Grove. My child has been doing OT with Karen for years and the transitions, appointments, scheduling, and communication has always been positive, inclusive, and very understanding. Karen and Eve are literally two angels walking around Missoula. We’re so lucky to have these services in town and the facility and those who utilize the space continually promote healthy, mindful living. Great people, great space!

My business, Touch and Change rents their yoga space regularly for movement and community events and they are so wonderful to work with and the space is so beautiful and affordable to rent. A gem in a commercial part of Missoula that needs more beauty.

Since I started seeing Karen over a year ago, I’ve felt a deep shift in how I connect with my mind, body, and soul. Instead of constantly battling with my thoughts, I’ve learned to become more of a friend to myself. Karen helped me realize that I am an ecosystem—one that needs balance, nourishment, movement, rest, and creativity to truly thrive. One of the most meaningful parts of working with Karen is how she has helped me get back into my body and reconnect with myself on a deeper level. I now feel a greater love and appreciation for my body and my mind for how they take care of me and support me every day. Through this journey, I’ve come to see that everything is interconnected: my physical health, emotional well-being, mental clarity, and spiritual grounding all influence one another. Karen’s holistic approach to Occupational Therapy supports me in living as a whole person. She gently guides me to focus on essentials like sleep, nutrition, joyful movement, and creative expression—reminding me that these aren’t luxuries, but basic wellness needs. And when I’m unable to meet those needs, she’s helped me understand that my worth doesn’t diminish. I am still whole, still enough, just as I am. She’s also helped me internalize that making mistakes isn’t failure, that it’s the only real way to learn and grow. Healing and forming new habits come with ups and downs, and that’s not just expected, it’s normal. Karen is incredibly sweet, warm, and easy to talk to—I could honestly talk to her for hours. She creates a space that feels safe, supportive, and judgment-free, which makes it easier to open up and truly grow. And her thoughtful assistant Eve is just as kind and helpful, always making the experience smooth and welcoming. Karen and Eve genuinely care about the people they work with. They’re not just offering therapy—they’re helping individuals reconnect with themselves in ways that ripple out into healthier, more compassionate communities. I’m so grateful to be on this journey with their support.

I must say, it was startling to read a low rating for Karen and Aspen Grove. I don't typically write reviews, but that one poor review is so far off from my experience of Karen that I just had to step up and write something. I am an OT in our local school district and have known Karen for over 20 years. Many of my students also receive OT services in the community. We are lucky in Missoula to have so many stellar therapists and Karen is among the best of them. She's does great work with her clients, she is a good team player and she is responsible, respectful and ethical. Although I don't single out therapists to recommend, I would have absolutely no reservations sending students to Karen. She does good work and Aspen Grove Wellness Center is a warm and welcoming center overall.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Karen at Aspen Grove. Over the past three years, she has been an incredible support for my child, and the impact of their work has been nothing short of transformative. From the very beginning, Karen has been kind, reliable, and consistently dedicated to my child's progress. Their approach to therapy is not just professional but also deeply empathetic. They have a unique ability to connect with my child, making each session something to look forward to. My child absolutely loves going to therapy and often wishes they could attend every day, which speaks volumes about the positive and engaging environment Karen creates.
