Aspen Speech Therapy

I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff at Aspen Speech Therapy have been for my family. Mr. Alex is so patient and awesome with my daughter in helping her achieve her goals. He works closely with her therapists at her school and makes sure that everyone is on the same page! When your child receives a diagnosis, it is often difficult to know where to start. This is a great place to start.

We have loved everything about Aspen Speech Therapy. Alex has been absolutely wonderful with our granddaughter, Luci, who looks forward to coming every time! She has made remarkable progress with Alex, and he makes her experience fun and productive every time. She gives Alex 10 stars!

My daughter has been coming to Aspen Speech Therapy and we couldn’t be more thrilled with everything about it! Julie is a pleasure to work with when scheduling and setting up appointments, she was very patient and understanding with our crazy schedule and worked around it. Alex has been amazing with my daughter! Her speech therapy sessions are fun and engaging. She looks forward to the games they play and she continues to improve in her speech articulation! Alex takes time before and after each session to share what they are working on and gives me specific strategies and instructions that I can use in every day life to help my daughter practice and improve! We would recommend Aspen Speech Therapy to anyone!

My son has been coming here since we moved to the area and we have seen tremendous results in his speech and his willingness to give it more effort at home. Mr. Alex, his speech therapist, has an amazing relationship with my son that he fosters through both fun, games and discipline and it really helps aid in his progress. I can tell my son is gaining confidence and his effort levels reflect that.

For the last year and a half, my son has been having speech and feeding therapy with Lisa at Aspen Speech in Fort Collins. He absolutely loves her and his speech and eating have improved far beyond expectations. We couldn’t recommend Aspen more.

While I have no particular complaints about the therapist, Aspen Therapy seems to have the administrative capability and customer service level of a non-existent Administrative department. Rather than professionally resolving and communicating, it has turned into a dead-end aspect where I'm not sure why a company wants to accept patients when they are not willing to equally do the required part of their contracts in order to retain those clients while properly doing the paperwork required to get reimbursed for services offered. If it weren't the only location for the services I needed I would have quit going here and am now leaving a final review after being sent to voicemail when trying to schedule an appointment by the front desk, and not receiving a call back after 3 days of waiting for a response. I'm not sure how that type of service retains clientele but I advise, especially veterans, to not waste their time.

I met with Lisa and I had already had a really bad experience with a new provider this week. Lisa was like a breath of fresh air. She was well prepared and had thoroughly reviewed my case before even seeing me. She made sure I was comfortable , that I understood what the process was and was just extremely thorough. She also had compassion and understanding for disability and chronic illness that I don’t often find in providers. Also when I read the reviews, I was nervous because I am an adult needing services and I was concerned how well they would work with adults. My fears were totally unfounded. Excellent provider and very warm office with warm front desk staff as well.
