Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
The worest ABA therapy services, Actually the worest services i have ever received from any company, organization or even an office. My daughter spent less than 3 months there and i can say i have seen the most unskilled and unprofessional staff starting from the owner and director, the BCBA to the RBTs. To begin with even the insurance information that they provided to me was wrong and when i was billed way way more than what they said, the director replied to me after a whole week and 3 emails from me saying that, that was the info that my insurance provided them at the time they inquired ( which if course is a lie). and she added" i don't know how it changed"(that of course could never be the case). Any concerns i had they replied days after. the BCBA (her name is Madison) herself never replied to my texts the same day. she was the worst, rude , under informed, and honestly appeared to be inexperienced. she always disregarded my concerns and what i see needed for my daughter to work on. no communication whatsoever and every week a new RBT. every single week in the 3 months there was a call in and my daughter had to stay home or miss a session. I would bring her in and they don't know who is working with her that day. This is stressful enough to have the stress of incompetent people who care only about their financial gain. I would never recommend.
My son was diagnosed with ASD 3 years ago. We just moved from Chicago where we were at an incredible ABA program. We were with aspire for 3 months once we moved to KC. We were incredibly disappointed. I took notes along the way and organized them into bullet points. - Our first day the therapist working with my son let him run out unaccompanied into the parking lot at pickup. She opened the door let him out and turned her back to go inside while my son ran across the parking lot to us. - Went 2 weeks without hearing from the owner after leaving daily urgent messages - Their main telephone line goes unanswered - They suggested 30hrs of therapy for my son but we only received 20 hours of therapy - On weeks when they were short staffed, they sent my son home with a "fever". We took his temp with their thermometer when we picked him up and he had no fever. They still required a negative COVID test before we could return. This happened multiple times and each time my son missed 3+ days of therapy at Aspire AND his PTO/OT/Speech because we had to tell them we had an outstanding COVID test. - My son's schedule changed drastically monthly, and we only learned of schedule changes the day before they were put into effect. When we pushed back on this they were unapologetic about the lack of therapy or the short notice. - My son would come home with very intricately colored drawings from therapy. They were clearly done by his therapist while she was supposed to be instructing my child. - They violated their own COVID protocols. They let an RBT who lived with someone showing symptoms, and who had an outstanding COVID test, work with my son for an entire afternoon before even alerting us to the situation. - They tout their attention to data. However, the plots that they do provide are sparsely populated and my BCBA was unable to explain many of them. Garbage in, garbage out. - The weekly reports on my son's progress were red text edits to the 20 page treatment plan. The red text amounted to a paragraph total of very little information, because very little progress was made. I told the BCBA what I wanted in these reports and she did not attempt to comply - When we gave them the 1 month notice they require for cancelling service, they treated our son terribly through the final month. - They no longer reported on his progress - The BCBA told us directly that she told the RBTs to "just have fun with him" and not push any ABA goals - At 8:30 PM on Monday of our last week they texted to cancel the rest of his final week. They claimed it was COVID related, however the situation they described did not require cancellation per their COVID guidelines. They were just done. - From the owner to the BCBAs and down to the RBTs, they are unprofessional and unmotivated Please consider another program for your child.
