Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
I am so sad that this place was bought out by Evergreen. Our special needs people deserve better than this. It's the worst place ever. Eric is very caring and takes his time with my questions but trying to get through by I've or get an appointment or get a Dr to call you back if your child is in the hospital is terrible. The way they spoke to me was disgusting.
Please do not sent your loved one to the 7 Community Drive Day Habilitation Program!!! My brother was assaulted and punched in the eye, head and chest while in care here the other day. They seen him with a black eye all day and didn’t report it to the nurse or get him medical care. Stay away from this place seriously
they told me to get out they tree 😞😔😣
You care ..and it shows
The Doctors and Staff are very nice, they all try to help each other and the patient's. They always try to help with any questions you may have and answer to the best of their ability.
The nursing staff are completely incompetent. I wish I knew who to complain to about them. Especially Angela and Angel. It takes them forever to get back to you about things, it's almost impossible to get faxes from them and when you do they consistently send the wrong things. Asking the doctors to d/c things you didn't ask them to do and not d/c the things you need done. The communication isn't good and they have an attitude when your being consistent and doing regular follow ups on your end for paperwork you need done. If they would just follow up after the first 3 faxes and couple of phone calls over a period of a few weeks then you wouldn't be bother thing them because you'd have the things you need to go about your day. What's also not appreciated is when your asked to come in at a certain time for an appointment but then your sitting and waiting for an hour(which happens almost every time I go there) to just get into the back room. Then your asked to wait in the waiting room for your paperwork which takes another hour. If they tell you they will fax it it doesn't always get faxed and then your tracking them down in the office for the office papers from your appointment and then they wanna have an attitude when your calling everyday for a week just to get the papers they should have sent you the day you were there. They over book way too much and it affects the patients care and the function of the office. The people that come there and give their money to this office so they all have jobs also have lives and other appointments and things to attend to and when your stuck at one doctor office for 2/3/4 hours for some simple things it's very frustrating. The doctors are very pleasant and so are the ladies that work in front that sign you in. The office it self does appear to be very clean for the most part, outside of the podiatry office room which I've seen on several occasions with other patients to nail clippings on the floor and the nursing staff or who ever should be cleaning that before the next patients come in don't. I've been coming in here for an extremely long time and I've got stories for days about some of the bs from this office. This is not a place I would go for my own personal health care.
Every time I come here, 20 minutes in and out to see a doctor. 40 minutes waiting for discharge papers it's ridiculous!!
