Aspire Therapy Clinic

We had a very poor experience. After being on the waitlist for months, my teenage son with Autism was paired with Jessica. She had an extensive background and completed my son’s intake, awesome. During the delivery/results meeting, Jessica shared she was leaving and was aware of this change during the intake meeting. It’s important to note, Aspire has you wait for a consistent available time. So the intake appointment was at the time slot and with the provider- we had waited for…. So that was not great. Jessica alerted me NOT Aspire; I believe this was poorly managed. I feel strongly Aspire should have alerted me as soon as possible vs having us complete an intake with someone leaving. This did not set us or the subsequent provider up for success. We were then added to the waitlist again. We were then partnered with Heidi. She’s very nice and probably great with younger children, but was a miss for my son. I tried to express my concerns and requests for a change in approach to Heidi and Kelly to no avail. After about 4+ months of “therapy” after months on the waitlist, I called it and ceased OT with Aspire as there was no progress. Again while a poor fit for my older son, I think Heidi would likely be a good fit for younger/preteen children. However the poor fit and initial experience with Jessica, I cannot recommend. Mental health/OT support is expensive, and I would suggest looking elsewhere.

While I haven’t needed their services personally, I’ve had the privilege of working with the team at Aspire and can confidently say they are deeply committed to the well-being of the children and families they serve. Their approach to behavioral health is both compassionate and evidence-based, and it’s clear they truly care about making a difference. The team brings a thoughtful, child-centered perspective to every interaction and provides families with the tools and support they need to navigate challenging situations. Highly recommend Aspire's services to anyone seeking trusted, professional care for children’s behavioral health needs

Great experience with OT MacKenzie!

These folks are great! Friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end, our PT Amanda has been a rockstar. The plan and care has been wonderful. The facility is top-notch and wonderfully set up for kids and inclusive for all abilities.

Gretchen Bushman has been working with our son this fall. She always knows how to meet him right where he’s at and break things down into easily achievable goals for both him and for our family to implement at home. She brings fun, energy and knowledge to each session and he loves working with her! 💛

Our son does OT and speech therapy with Aspire. His therapists, Erin and Alyssa are such an important part of our parenting team. Our son loves coming to aspire each week and feels so supported. The team even helped us talk to his school to solidify the accommodations he needs to feel his best at school. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Aspire Therapy has been an incredible place for our son who has autism. He receives both Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy at Aspire. Our son’s therapists are extremely knowledgeable and work closely with us to develop his plans of care. While the therapists are very skilled in behavioral management, they have also developed strong relationships with our son, which helps him to work toward the tasks he is learning. Our son has come so far in the past few years, and we attribute this to his amazing therapists at Aspire. We recommend Aspire to everyone we know!
