This place is an absolute joke. The doctor they have DONT LISTEN to her patients. Last time I talked to them over six months ago, the “doctor” which I would not even call her that, told me she would call me in a month to change my meds cause they wasn’t working. They NEVER called me back. My therapist, which is was the only one who really cared, quit because of how they treated patients. After that, I fell through the cracks. I suffer from adult onset bipolar disorder with manic episodes and been having a hard time so I called them today to try to get some help and they told me I would have to redo the whole process in order to get on meds, which is stupid since THIS CLINIC WAS THE ONE WHO LET ME FALL THROUGH THE CRACKS. YALL DONT CARE ABOUT YALL PATIENTS AND NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR MENTAL HEALTH.

The receptionist at this agency identifies herself as CoCo and is extremely rude and uninformed, oblivious to why services from this agency would be sought. She lacks common courtesy and is very dismismissive. Obviously lacking adequate education on how not to greet potential patients with the attitude my son and I were met with Tuesday morning, she would probably fit better working with inanimate objects some where deep in the bowels of the agency. Why would anyone attend an appointment at a place supposedly providing behavioral health services and accept being insulted by someone who presents herself by a nick name in a professional setting unless those services were needed? Why would Dr. Gad who has .been observed to have excellent rapport with patients and collaterals allow her to be the face of the agency? And yes, I'm sending this same report to your licensing agency, my former employer. Linda McMahon

Not happy with this place at all. Worked with them for over 5 months now for my DS and was patient but didn’t feel like his therapist that was working with him was making any progress with him and his behavior and getting a prescription is a joke. You have one day a month to go into the office only to video chat with a dr that will prescribe the medication over a video call. And if it’s the same prescription they are just handing out to everyone else it won’t be in stock at any pharmacy and you’re still stuck with no help. I don’t feel like my DS health or well being was been cared for at all and I felt like he was just another paycheck for them.

Great place they know there patients by name and are very caring they make you feel at home.

Makes judgements based on paper without talking to patient for explanation or understanding. Does not call medications in timely...will let you run out even after asking for them to be called in for multiple days. The doctor only see you over telehealth with no in person visits. Find a doctor that is assessible when needed.

The mission and goals of this behavior health agency is what Alexandria needs. Its a welcoming atmosphere with people that are concerned with helping. If you are in need of help call them. Let them talk to you about a plan that works for YOU!
