Absolutely terrible! I called to make an appointment for my son and was met with the rudest receptionist. She wanted to argue with me over making an appointment for my legal child. My mother is an LPCC, I am outraged by the treatment to just schedule an appointment. Luckly, I called another place, that scheduled the appointment and treated me like a human. Really sad you all treat people with sensitive issues in such a way. Glad I was able to find something else. Maybe offer your receptionists some training on how to deal with people effected by trauma. T

Zul proved to be the therapist i needed ! while i been rejected multiple times at other places for dissociating in session and being "scary" she and i can one step at a time get through my trauma. I have never felt more safe at a session. Evry session that i have i start to realize i dont need rage feelings and dark emotions i have finally found a wonderful and professional therapist. I found the perfect therapy match at ABTS with zul. Ive been with many therapists n unfortanatly we wernt a match. I feel very comfterble with zul. I apreciate her help. This is the only clinic ive found t b helpful with my disbilities,

The greediest, most money hungry practice I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. They raised prices for paperwork 166% from one day to the next. Jocelyn Medina can’t even document accurately. Avoid at all costs.

I have been with my therapist since 2023, and she has not only helped me progress and acknowledge and see my progress. This is the best I've felt in years with my history of anxiety, major depression and PTSD. My therapist is kind and gentle and helps me see outwardly perspectives which helps me process my emotions and triggers. I cannot say enough how grateful I am to be a patient with ABTS.

I had been getting treatment for a severe dissociative episode for 3 years at this practice. While I'm grateful for the care I did get here I was kicked out as a patient, even tho I offered to cash pay, because I have medicaid and they won't take it any more. I wish they had just been honest and said we dont accept poor patients even if they offer to cash pay...or that they have a problem with me as a person. Honesty i can handle. Vague excuses shouldn't be accetable in a therapeutic setting. I have a severe mental illness and I need treatment but I wasn't even referred out. I wouldn't consider any of this great mental health care. Just another doctors office in this town where guaranteed payment and personal biases are more important than actual care. It's also interesting how they waited until trump was inaugurated instead of doing so at the first of the year too. Almost like they wanted to be sure no consequences would be forthcoming when they did drop me.Just really unfortunate.

ABTS has been absolutely amazing! Carolyn Lopez is a phenomenal therapist with her knowledge and compassion. The company as a whole has a great communication system with quick/easy text messaging system as well as an online portal to track services. Thank you to the entire team for supporting my care so well!

I had a wonderful experience at this facility. Since the moment I walked in. The front staff were super welcoming and the therapist was very knowledgable. Recommend 100%
