Let me start by saying I really do love the therapists in this office. This has absolutely nothing to do with them at all, and they are truly wonderful. However, the billing department is sketchy. I called and asked why I’m paying for certain dates twice, and why a september date was listed on my November statement and not my October. The woman said part of the money that I paid for the October bill was applied to a date not even listed, which resulted in me needing to pay those dates in the next bill. I had no prior knowledge of where my money was being applied to, so I had panicked. After going back and forth, I asked for my september bill and any other bill prior, and the woman told me she couldn’t send it to me because they didn’t keep a record, and could only send an itemized monthly statement of what I paid. This is EXTREMELY bad business practice. I do invoicing for a living, and that’s not normal. I wanted to ask more questions, but the woman hung up on me. This made me not want to use their services anymore, despite the actual service being good.

Cut off on the phone many times, no idea how people in this profession can hire employees with bad bed side manor.

I cannot say enough good things about Mary Lou! She has helped me in every aspect of my life.

Therapy was immensely helpful. Carolyn pulled me out of a deep depression - I'll be forever grateful! Thank you for all you do. You are a life saver.

I called to make an appointment for grief counseling because I lost 4 family members in a short period of time. I was told by the woman who took my call that "we're pretty booked up, but I will see what I can do and call you back" on October 2. It is now October 20, and I never heard back. If you need help now, PLEASE do not rely on these people- go elsewhere. To the provider: when you're working to provide care for people who may be in crisis, the absolute last thing you should do is leave them hanging. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
