I had my appointment with Sandra Aubrey. She is the worst nurse practitioner/med management I have ever went to. She doesn't have a good bedside manner, nor is she knowledgeable on what she is supposed to be doing. She is very cold and callis and very rigid and I was not comfortable seeing her and that is why I have asked for another med manager. I can look out the window and she smartly says, "what are you looking at"? in a rude condensending manner. Someone like this does not need to be in this job especially working with people who already have anxiety issues and it just makes them feel worse. If she is that unhappy and uptight, then she needs to either retire or look for another job.

I received a phone call from astra today to move an appointment which was completely fine, the attitude of the receptionist that called however was not. I believe Hailey was her name? I work in the same exact position doing the same exact job and never have I spoke to a patient as rudely as she spoke to me today.

I see Beth for therapy and she’s been great. Terry for meds and she is the best. I adore her. I hope both remain at Astra for a long time

Angie Walker is my person😊She is so kind and truly cares about me. She has been so helpful. She's helped me learn about myself and she's helped me tremendously with my home. I am grateful the Lord let me find her. I highly recommend her to help those in need.

Bring back Jessica! All of my kids see her and she’s the only person they have ever opened up to. She’s very patient and caring and makes the kids feel safe enough to open up to. This is going to be a huge setback for them. Over A year of feeling safe and secure with your psychiatrist thrown down the drain. She didn’t deserve to be let go. She puts her clients above everything and actually listens and doesn’t just throw different meds at them playing the guessing game. Please reconsider and think about all of the clients that this is going to affect. We need her for our child’s mental health and wellbeing. We have never missed an appointment and kids actually look up to their next appointment. If kids are struggling Jessica was always fast to get back with a parent and handled the situation as best as she could. Two years ago Donald left and kids refused to talk to anyone. Jessica gained their trust and we can’t go through this again. Listen to your clients and take them into consideration before making this permanent. Jessica will be a huge loss to the company.
