UPDATE: I was seen today and she made it very clear on how sorry she was for canceling on her appointment. Also she seemed like a very knowledgeable therapist. Overall I would recommend her. The office was clean smelt wonderful and inviting (no scary bug this time thank goodness lol) I feel horrible that I left a bad review. At the time I felt unseen and unheard and that I don’t matter. I took it way too personal. If you are reading this I am glad we both gave each other another chance. Horrible experience!! Unprofessional at the least. I had a scheduled appointment I show up to this deserted ATB building no cars or staff anywhere to be seen. I call the office several I mean several times and nobody answered. I left two voicemails and nothing. Finally 30 minutes later I leave and go home shocked that they had forgotten about me or just simply didn’t care about their appointment. The next day I waited to see if they would call me back and nothing so I call them again a few more times. Left a message again to reschedule now since I have to see this “establishment “ now they can’t see me until next week when it’s convenient for them. By the way if you are reading this review you had the biggest bug by your door and I was extremely triggered by that. Along with you not caring about your patients.
One of my children has been a client at ATB for about a year and we couldn't be happier with the treatment that he has received. Myself and my other children recently began services, as well, and we're very happy with our "team" of clinicians: Yael, Natalie, and Michelle. Compassionate, knowledgeable, well trained in EMDR, and down to earth staff make ATB one of the best mental health offices I've ever visited. Highly recommend!!

They are flexible as they can be with scheduling, always helpful and will contact you via text which is convenient. Highly recommend them.
Great place. Great staff. Amber is awesome. They are real people not robots programmed to dispense medication. I think the therapy here has been very effective for me because they found and focused on the root of my issues and not just treating the symptoms. Highly recommend them.
