She did an outstanding job teaching me CBT therapy, breaking it down step-by-step in a way that helped me understand how my mind processes emotions. She equipped me with practical tools that I’ve been able to integrate into my everyday life, and they have made a tremendous difference. Steve Zanoni was a consistent, steady voice who helped me build confidence both professionally and personally. He taught me meaningful communication strategies that I now use in all areas of my life. His group sessions were exceptional — the handouts and “mic drop” takeaways gave me clarity and motivation, and I often left feeling empowered and ready to conquer anything. Juan Trevano was the first person I met during my intake, and I immediately appreciated how he listened carefully to my concerns. Rather than simply assigning a treatment path, he partnered with me to develop an individualized care plan that truly met my needs. That collaborative approach meant so much. Raven was always a warm, inviting presence at the Nashville office. She greeted me with a reassuring smile and was consistently helpful in answering any questions I had, making each visit feel comfortable and welcoming.
