If anyone is feeling dehumanized and victimized by the psychiatric industry, I beg you to go to Dr. McCormack. I had had a misdiagnosis of bipolar and was overprescribed enough antipsychotics therefor to artificially induce the worst depression I have ever had. Dr. McCormack did not sadistically see me as his social project as my other psychiatrists had. He removed their completely unwarranted misdiagnosis (for, ironically and tragically, I had had never been depressed before that awful antipsychotic medication) and ended the worst period of suffering in my life. I haven’t taken (as I had never needed) medication since. By the way, I’m a minor and had been forced into the psychiatry thing by my lied-to parents.

I have an outstanding bill of 170 from January, 2025 that I paid my portion of at the time of my visit. They billed it as Psychotherapy (which I have never had) and the Insurance denied it. After 10 months of calling them regarding this, and promises that it would be corrected, here we are in October with nothing being done. Please watch their billing, as looking back on my appointments, they never billed the same way twice. Run away from this practice as they only care about the money.

Rachael has really really saved me most importantly by recognizing that i have been misdiagnosed my whole life from a lot of doctors. Makes you confident of people in the medical field, doesn't it? But she is the genuine deal❤️ with a Whole Lot of Patience! I wish upon a star that there were more doctors like her so more people would get the actual help they need. She is a little Princess watching over her patients with kindness and compassion 🌹🌸🪻🌷🌻🌼🌺🌷🌷👸🧜‍♀️

Am completing TMS here. After trying numerous medications without success, TMS was suggested. It has made the biggest difference for me!! Chris is amazing and explains the whole process throughout!! Would definitely recommend!!!

I have been a patient with ABM for 18 months. The Nurse Practitioner I see is top gun. The office staff is always willing to help me when I need it. I feel totally taken care of within this practice.

The billing at this office is a mystery. I'll have some visits where I'm told I owe nothing and some where I will owe $300. I've been told insurance has no copay, and then suddenly it does. This is not fully on the office, Insurance is a nightmare in this country but it IS an issue i specifically have at this office. Care is very good, staff is very responsive both through the Portal and on the phone. I will say just be aware if you schedule an appointment when they open it is HIGHLY likely the office will be closed when you arrive, just prepare to wait in your car or try to be 10 minutes late.

Update: they made sure to send me a bill after my portal was disabled. Don’t know the balance and no records for my FSA. Buuuut, I found NGPG PSYCHIATRY AND WOW! I’m doing so much better. Turns out I’m not bipolar at all so I was being mistreated by this facility. I’m not adhd, not bipolar, nothing they said I was. Big chance I won’t be on meds forever like Philip said. This has been a blessing in disguise!! I’m saddened by this facility. For 2 years I paid out of pocket. Threw myself at the mercy of them after a loss with nowhere to go and I trusted this place. For what reason, idk. Philip maybe, but who knows. And when my husband got so bad depressed, I offered him this place thinking it was helping me. Turns out, we left worse than when we came and now withdrawing together from being left hanging over a balance of $200 and something. 1 bill. 1. And they wouldn’t see him. He needed to pay. my husband had been waiting for this appt bc he was struggling, I even took time off work to be there to maybe have a group session and we were refused. I’ve paid out of pocket to these people for 2 years and we had just paid $500 to them the month prior. He asked to be referred somewhere and they said ok. Then I find out later they have no true referall process, ok so you were gonna let him leave thinking someone would call and help? I removed us as patients after speaking my mind in the portal and then was removed access from the portal by them so I can’t access my billing statements for my insurance claims or my records or medications, without notice. Pretty sure that violates HIPPA rights somehow but I’ll find out when I call the board of medicine and find out. This business can’t obviously help someone who’s bad off, they make it worse then don’t want to deal with you. I know I was angry in the portal but I have bipolar disorder, not treated well, what did you expect to happen? There answer, deny me and access to my records. That’s ok. Everything comes full circle. But no, would not recommend if you have serious health issues.
