Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
This is a very professional organization with the best minds, therapists and staff. Overall one of the best experiences in my mind. They are all so friendly, helpful and actually listen. Superb company.
If you or a loved one is seeking mental health treatment, I would 100% recommend Atlantic Behavioral Health. During my 5-6 month period at Atlantic, I had nothing but positive experiences and interactions with both staff and fellow group members. The staff were all extremely supportive and welcoming, making it known that their doors were always open. The overwhelming support from staff created a really warm, safe environment, and so did the flexible, easy-going nature of the program itself. Attending group was always encouraged, but never mandatory, there were no rigid times, and the staff would never make you do anything out of your comfort zone. The facility also provides snacks, meals, drinks, and lets you kick off your shoes so you feel right at home! The flexibility of the program is extremely helpful for anyone with any kind of commitments, as it offers full day, half day, morning, afternoon, evening and/or virtual sessions to accommodate your daily routine. You can mix and match and pretty much create a schedule tailored to your individual needs. The program combines group therapy, individual therapy, team building activities, meditation, yoga and so much more, really focusing on what works for you individually. You’re paired with an individual therapist, a case manager, and a prescriber who all are there to support you on your journey. I’ve had such a positive overall experience with every component of Atlantic, and it has provided me with insight and tools that are truly life changing.
I came to Atlantic feeling so broken and hopeless in the lowest state of my life. This place both welcomed me and pushed me in perfect balance. They encouraged me to look at myself not with fear or judgement but with pride and compassion. It provides a safe space which allowed me to share thoughts I’ve never told anyone else before. Now I feel stronger than ever and I know myself at the deepest level. My greatest realization was that I always had it in me, as do we all. I’m proud to say that I asked for the help when I truly needed it, and I’m lucky to say that I found the right place.
When I first arrived at Atlantic, I had no idea what to expect and was, naturally, a bit nervous. But I quickly learned that this was a place of community, where people openly shared and generously supported each other. It was amazing. Learning from others was critical in the proces. Hearing about strategies people used that worked for them and steps they took to be healthier was empowering. LIstening to stories of people working through great trauma was inspiring and humbling. In addition to this wonderful community, there exists an exceptional staff. Every single person at Atlantic cares about your wellness, regularly and genuinely asking how you are doing and always offering to help in any way they can. The clinical team is quite remarkable. You get to know many of the primary therapists through the groups they run. The groups are diverse and exceptionally helpful. All of the therapists make it clear that they are available to anyone who may be in need, not just their own clients. They are a team-a talented, hard-working team. I have met my share of therapists; those at Atlantic are some of the finest I have encountered both because of their level of commitment and their clinical knowledge. I cannot say enough about Atlantic Behavioral Health. My time there changed my life.
During my time here all of the members of staff were incredible! The case managers, counselors, everyone. It's a program that is open to feedback and constantly changing to meet the needs of the participants. The nature of group therapy is dependant on those participating but the staff work hard to create a safe and healthy environment regardless.
This place was great to me. I’d go as far as to say it saved my life. My group was amazing. My therapist Matt was an amazing person and was almost solely responsible , along with my peers, for my recovery from acute anxiety. I feel like I have a lot to the group. I also feel like no one cared about that. There was zero leadership there. Zero follow ups from anyone I cared for there. Only follow ups for money. 120k wasn’t enough. They had to tack on 6-12k to myself and all my friends there. So just know. You will owe money, you will not asked to come back and help. And you were never a part of any “family” outside your group. I work in the field. Much longer than the people there. We would never do business like this. Matt and Theresa cared, genuinely. Patrick was cool. The rest. Who knows. But again, just know you WILL owe big money when you leave. 👍🏼
If anybody is going through any challenge in their life i highly suggest Atlantic. I used to refuse to go to therapy & when i moved to mass i decided it was time to give it a try. I truly believe they changed my life and put me on the right path towards living life how i should have been. Everyone that is apart of atlantic is amazing at what they do & all deserve the highest praise. They are all absolute rockstars & i enjoyed every moment i was there. 10/10 Highly suggest giving it a try if anyone is struggling
Incredible place with incredible people
One of my family members was trying to get into a program and Brendan successfully got them in the program that they needed! They are still sober today, and doing the right thing. I am so blessed that I was able to get Brendan on the phone. He truly was so patient and kind to me and I will never forget it!
