Went to three appointments and all seemed to be going well, then we basically were “ghosted.” No one answered the phone when I would call, no one actively tried to help set up appointments that would work with our schedules. We just wanted help and they clearly weren’t interested in giving it. If you’re looking for a therapist that is willing to help you, don’t look here.

I wouldn't recommend. The guy we been dealing with hasn't been the best fir for me or my son. He's alway changing the schedules last minute I think he's a couch for a team. Still doesn't offer much help for a new family to the area. He never sends reminders of appointments and takes forever to make new appointments. Just feel more and more are family doesn't matter. The office is clean and the local is a little hard to find. Personally I wouldn't recommend but not my choices in town I guess.

Easily one of the worst experiences of my extensive history with severe mental health issues!!! Don't go here if you don't absolutely have to.... Was told I could call in a crisis, and when I did, I was promptly treated with disdain and an extremely condescending tone took the entire conversation. I have been disabled most of my life and it isn't often I run into such blatant unprofessional behavior.

Hire someone at the front to SET APPOINTMENTS AND ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!!!! I am tired of the phone tag and EVERYTIME I call I have to leave a voicemail. No one has ever answered and I’ve been going here for 2 years in October. It’s a back and forth game that I am sick of!!! So since I can’t comment under the owners reply. Just take a look at the review below. It’s a year later..where is the change? Providers I’ve seen in the office even say they have asked for a receptionist. There is no clear reason not to hire one! The office is very busy and only open 4 days a week! so it must not be the $. Perfectly unused receptionist desk at the front.

nobody ever answers the phone. I’ve been calling for weeks nobody will answer and I’m out of meds smh if they don’t care then I may as well give up. It’s clear they know nothing about mental health because just this right here can push someone over the edge. I get it it’s a paycheck but this is our lives. We need folks that care and understand. Im ready to give up and mental health is filled with folks just collecting a paycheck smh
