My wife had our daughter 3 months early 29w3d after 45 days in the NICU she was discharged from the hospital. Fast forward until now she’s 6 months and she was referred to this establishment because she had a stay at the NICU Hospital . The heavy set lady with glasses that sits in the second chair behind the desk is extremely rude , unhelpful and disrespectful . Our first time there she turned me , my wife and my 6 month old around because they have a 7 minute grace period and with it being our first time here it took us longer because we had to find parking. My reschedule appointment was today and the same lady was there… with the same nasty unapproachable attitude. She shouldn’t be working around anyone kids with that demeanor. On a positive note, Ms. April is a GEM !!! I recommend her for all your kids development needs but what don’t recommend is the front desk customer service… these are the people we see first when coming in ..I expect great customer service.

We love Occupational Therapy here but Speech was absolutely HORRIBLE. The Speech therapist traumatized my son so bad that he was hiding from his Aba Therapist at home after session. And the way the Lead Therapist and Manager handled the situation was absolutely HORRIBLE. They kicked out my 2 year old son out of Speech because they said I kept calling every week with problems. Which is not true. My son did not connect with the Speech Therapist and me talking with them ways to try different ways to get them to connect and the Therapist would not try anything different to be able to connect with my son. But yet we got kicked out. And yes they did not give me an option to stay when I wanted to until I could atleast get him in somewhere else. They mad the AGREEMENT themselves.

My son is 19yo and has autism, ADHD, and Tourette’s. We started off seeing Dr. Young when Noah was 2yo. In fact, she diagnosed him. She was awesome! Unfortunately, Dr. Young is no longer there, however, Dr. April has been just as good, maybe better! We love these doctors and have been using them for years. No complaints! Short wait times, clean office, very organized.

The worst! Not enough people to work there. Wait times terrible.
