Auburn Psychological Wellness Center

We took our son there for an evaluation. We were told the amount we had to pay before the appointment. I asked several times if it was covered by insurance and was told yes and i just need to pay $25. and 100 fee for supplies. I wasnt sure what supplies it was for, which was weird. The young lady was friendly when we checked in. About a month later after the appointment, I was told I needed to pay another $180 dollar because of the time it took for the evaluation! I asked several times for the office manager to call me back to explain and still no call back. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend as you may get a surprise bill afterwards with no real explanation.

I would confidently rate her and the entire doctor's office with a well-deserved 5 stars. Worst place I have been ever. I made an appointment, and they just canceled my appointment without letting me know. I used my PTO for this place appointment but it is just wasted. I try to be there to take care of my psychological things but they make me worse.

Dr. Ramey and Dr. Hunter are phenomenal. They truly approach treatment from a wellness perspective and include the patient in the treatment process. I felt heard and valued, and I've made more progress than I ever thought possible.

Today was my last session of the year with Dr. Cornish, and to now be in such a good place seems like nothing short of a miracle. I was in a very dark place for a very long time—to the point that it felt hopeless. I am beyond grateful for Dr. Cornish and everything she has helped me work through. She is kind, patient, and incredibly compassionate. I truly now feel like the best version of myself, and I’ve never felt that before. I also work with Dr. Ramey who has likewise helped me tremendously. The front staff is also very kind and helpful (which is not always the case with medical offices). This is such a wonderful practice and I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Cornish.
