Auburn Therapy Associates is absolutely amazing. My therapist was not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but they truly listened. I felt heard in my session, and the approach was tailored to fit my specific needs, helping me make real progress. There’s no judgment here, just a safe space for me to express myself and work through my challenges.

My therapists were very kind and helpful in teaching me how to care for myself while building strength and endurance without additional injury. Reception was always polite and efficient . My only issue was and still is billing. I believe I was charged incorrectly and even with my bank statement showing a payment I was not credited , I was told I would need to deal with the Birmingham office. My money was paid to the Auburn office, not the Birmingham office. They took my payment. They said I did not make a proper payment and even though I could show the payment, they still were not able to help..
