I can honestly, say that I would not be here without the entire care team that I see at Aurora. From my doctor, psychiatrist and counselor, they all work together to give me the best quality of life possible! They always go the extra mile I would recommend Aurora to anybody and everybody! I have been to so many other places and this is the best hands-down!!!

I’d give zero stars if I could. Avoid Aurora BH like the plague. All they wanna do is pump you full of medications for money. They will happily put you on medications, but as soon as you want to come off, no where to be found for support -which is a very dangerous situation in some cases. Zero support for when you come off meds. It’s the most irresponsible gross misconduct of a hospital I have ever seen. They can’t even backpedal correctly to save their own Backside. They are horrible at communicating, they don’t have consistent messaging for help (everyone has a different excuse of a story or answer), and they don’t listen nor document what you tell them because you just repeat yourself over and over. I honestly don’t know how they are legally operating. Literally go anywhere else but Aurora.

I have been tossed around with referrals (even waited months for a specific referral, only to be finally seen and told that they referred me to the wrong place, and put me on a wait list AGAIN.) I am done with Aurora.

Been on the waiting so long my referral expired. What do they do? Put me back at the bottom of the waiting list (at least 6 months) verses offering a spot on their cancellation list since it's already been over a year. Don't waste your time.. just go somewhere else where they actually try to help. Zero stars..

I want to talk to a therapist or see a psychiatrist and called two weeks ago. The girl put me on a call back list and made it sound like they would reach out in a few days. I called two weeks later and the tell me I’m on the call back list which is 4-5 MONTHS! I understand they are busy but please let patients know the real wait times. I would have looked elsewhere 2 weeks ago.
