This place is unsanitary. The flu has been going around in this clinic and they haven’t closed it down for cleaning or even hired any cleaners to clean it.

Worked there for a few days. The kids are not cared for by most of the RBTs. Most of the toys are broken and old. Not much structure just pushing buttons on an IPad to log the "therapy" given.

My experience at Autism 360 has been disappointing and unsatisfactory. I have many concerns about the policies this clinic holds. So glad I took my child out.

Autism 360 Prep Program has been such a blessing for me and my son. They’ve worked with him in the most caring and patient way, and have helped him so much in getting prepared for kindergarten. I’m so thankful I found their services, and even more thankful for the love, care, and patience they’ve shown every single day. I love that they have a separate setup to really help children get ready for a school setting. They also have outdoor areas to make sure the kids get time outside to enjoy fresh air. Getting pictures throughout the day was such a huge comfort for me and helped put my mind at ease knowing my son was having a great time. I’m really going to miss those photos and updates! The parent meetings were another thing I truly appreciated. Being able to sit down and go over his progress, treatment plans, and things I could work on at home made it easy for us to all be on the same page. To the staff—you are truly amazing. Your patience, love, and compassion mean more than I can put into words. We’re going to miss you all so much and a big THANK YOU for all that you do.

This center did not pay attention to my child. He was injured by a book case his first hour and then stated he couldn’t come back until he had physical therapy because he was unsafe. Meanwhile since leaving my son has been doing great in another setting not being bruised up daily and even have more student to teacher ratio compared to the “1:1” ratio at 360. I do not recommend sending your child here.

Just wanted to echo another review: "Why disclose the fee at the end of the test? Fee should be disclosed at the beginning of the test." Also, if they can't deal with credit cards, only paypal, they should tell people that at the beginning of the test. I don't want a paypal account, I have not yet needed a paypal account, and I wasted my time taking the test. I am leaving two stars only because I assume they may be good on actual therapy, from reading the other reviews. Anyway, I went to another website that was more forthcoming, and didn't charge a cent, and found I had autistic tendencies. This is what I suspected.

My son started here in September of last year. I have had nothing but issues and concerns and never got solve. Their communication with staff is horrible. The BCBA's like to cover things up in situations. Taking up for staff when you know what you telling them is right. I have taken my son out of this toxic clinic. When a staff tested positive for covid they do not close down clinic and clean it properly. I do not recommend this autism 360 clinic to no one.
