The therapists here are incredibly patient and caring. My child has grown so much since starting.

I wish i could add photos but we can’t have our phones …. First off this place is so unsanitary nothing gets sanitized after activities the kids are not forced to wash hands you can’t clean they nose unless they wants them to and they are allowed to come to the center sick unless they have a fever and god forbid if your child is non verbal that can’t tell you how they are getting bullied by another child and the techs are told to look away and to ignore the behavior because it’s in their plan ignore aggressive behavior… it’s one clean room and that’s the speech room and i guess welcome rooms that they show the parents some of the techs are aggressive with the children and if you watch them they will ask the trainer to remove you . The kids are basically allowed to do whatever they can’t do at home and getting data sync on a tablet like they are experiments . Lunch time kids are eating off others lunch boxes biting food and putting it back i watched one child chew on someone else chewy also if it’s not on their neck its on the floor and the table and they just allow them to place it back in their mouth . They are letting the boys dress up as girl i watched them call a child princess and he was a boy im sure parents doesn’t know that they child is cross dressing with play heels on once he goes to the center they try to make it seem like it’s a clinic that help kids live a normal life but really the kids are going wild getting chased around the building because they know they can also the lady in the front is very rude and snotty and let’s not forget about the kids that need headphones and are forced to be over stimulated cause they don’t provide them where they prepare food is unsantairy and overall i wouldn’t send my child or family to this place and the back classrooms smells like dirty diapers

Pros: Great program that involves parents. My child showed great progress and loved to attend. Cons: Lack of communication from all departments. BCBA's did not have my childs best interest. My child was finally set up with speech therapy, set up a plan for my child, just for the BCBA to "graduate" my child. My child is 2 and started the program at 1. Speech therapy was not offered at the Wright City location so we were looking forward to this service my child needs. Attempted to reach out to upper management...still waiting for a response. Not holding my breath for that. I would not recommend this as a first option. Great second or third. We did learn a lot and appreciated all the information we did receive.
