Autism Behavioral Center is a great place! The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and really dedicated to helping kids make progress. They create personalized plans and have an amazing center like none our family has ever seen. Only Company I know that works on life skills, play skills, has outdoor activities and indoor rec area. All the other companies just provide services in your home. The staff communicates well and works closely with families, making sure everyone’s on the same page. Overall, a supportive and professional environment that gets real results.

A close family member of mine started with this company a few months ago . She and I have been very close and I've been involved with her since her child was born . Ive been around and tried to lend a hand with anything she needed because I saw how tough things could be . Ever since her child started with this company , the amazing progress that her child has made is incredible and unbelievable . ABC has changed their life to the better and I'm so thankful for it !

On our intake day I arrived at the center on time for our scheduled meeting. I brought all documents requested and provided a schedule of availability for my children. The lights were off and no one was in the center. At almost 10 minutes past our schedule appointment time a BCBA showed up. In time passing a second BCBA came in. I went through questions for both children and managed to finish after several hours. I was diappointed by the wait coming in but hey we all have off days?! Then we proceeded to wait as we had been told and expected. The first BT came and last about a week and a half. We had 0 communication from the company and had to call and find out what happened. Then to follow we waited some more. Weeks and then two months passed! We called the BCBA for our son's case to find he was no longer with the company and yet again we had not gotten any communication for this company. I called and emailed and finally a new BCBA was assigned which then two weeks later would once again change. He came out and did an overview to catch up because of lapsed time. This process all started in a February and it's now July and we're getting started. This seems pretty typical for ABA except for the poor communication. The agents came and all of a sudden the schedules we provided no longer seemed to exist! My family had a sudden move and our BT was without hours and upset. Then the vacation we announced at our intake meeting that's in OCTOBER mind you it's now August is being questioned and causing more upset. This all coming from 3rd party info and not direct from the company. In trying to reach out to the company we received a phone call checking hours in which the EXACT hours I had detailed she read back. Then again scheduling problems.... I reached out today as I sat waiting to find out what times the BT's would be coming as of this point I still had no hard copy schedules which I have requested from the start. Hours past and finally a single email to inform us our children's needs are above their ability and they are unable to provide services. WHAT!?!? Wait! We waited all this time went through there process and 3 BCBA's. I demanded a phone call and still no call. An hour later I send another email to a different HR person I'd been directed to for "further concerns." ... Once again another email! The communication and professionalism in this whole process is disgusting. These people are supposed to be helping families and supporting children with needs. My kids are now stressed and upset from transitions that should never have been handled this way.
