I have brought my child for last couple months and I cannot stress how awful and toxic the environment at this center is! I am appalled at the utter disrespect Jane and Loyce (the two owners) have shown towards my child and the BT who shadows over him. Just yesterday he came in tears with a large bruise on the side of his head and he was clearly uncomfortable. His BT called me and instantly told me what happened and I understood. What I don’t understand is why Jane and Loyce did not make any attempts to bond with my son and when I raised questions, they snapped back in an aggressive manner. I do not feel safe leaving my kid with these monsters and neither should you!

First of all they get you in take your insurance info . There is absolutely no communication from B t to staff ( b c b a ) the b t staff we had seemed frustrated with this ? There staff ( b t ) calls out frequently and no consequences. B c b an always away on vacations !!! Think twice about this company !! Go where you can really get the help your children need and deserve !!

I live next door to this establishment. I would never put my child in a vehicle with any of their drivers. They speed by everyday. My husband has Parkinson’s and I’ve asked them to slow down to no avail. I have contacted the Sutton PD and the landlord of the building voicing my concerns. I don’t know what it will take to slow them down. I hope it isn’t a tragic accident that finally makes them smarten up A very concerned citizen
