As someone who was diagnosed with autism in my early 20's I looked for a program to help me with my struggles. This program for group therapy sounded good on paper but that is all it was. In reality you just have 3-5 people with autism per group at 56$ a session and all you do is sit there and play card games for an hour and leave. None of the skills on the paper are ever even mentioned nor thought of. Nice staff just not a great program.
This company does not schedule the vlients with good peers. The employees get hit by clients with severe behaviors and they dont have enough employee support for back up emergency situations. The staff are hit by them and theu cant do anything about it. They need more staff on staff support with diffucult clients. The scheduler Eddie places to much stress on employees by placing them with clients that hit you. And with no extra staff support.
Friendly staff. Interviewed for work but they never called despite saying "we won't leave you hanging" regarding their decision. Poor communication. Nice office and location.
