It looks like a nice place, but I decided not to send my children here after hearing concerning feedback. I work in a hospital, and a close friend whose child attended and who also worked there described the environment as very unprofessional. He said there was a clear divide between staff and upper management, staff were allowed to be disrespectful and rude to children without consequences, and parents were not always informed about what was really happening. He also shared that some children were made to appear as though they were improving when they were not. Based on what I was told, I chose other options. This place needs to do better this is disheartening and should be reported.
My son was attending this school for services for 2 months September 2025- November 2025 and the lack of communication from this school is very unprofessional. School staff load children on & off the buses late for their services despite if the bus is on time. Also the school has been rough when changing my son during bathroom breaks. I notice my son is more irritated during bath time with his parents at home now since attending this school. Also once I decided to remove my son from this program they sent back only half of his items along with items that doesn’t not belong to him including diaper rash cream. I believe this cream was used on my son during bathroom breaks without my permission or approval. I was actually very Unaware of any ointments being applied to my son’s skin because I don’t purchase any brand due to my son having very sensitive skin. When contacting the school I got sent to voicemail with no return call or message. I have made reports also to 311 about my son’s school. They also have not be feeding my son at school despite the fact that all parents are required to send Lunch to ensure they eat because children on the spectrum have a hard time with their appetite. This is school claims to have compassion for Autistic children however they have lack of communication and time Managment for the children to start services are unprofessional. However there is one lady who is amazing and always helps the parents and that is Ms. Angelica. Anytime I had a concern about my son she would assist. Besides her the rest of the staff come off fake with very little empathy for both parents and children.
It was our 1st experience, not very pleased. If you are a parent who advocates and on top of your child's services and progress Ludlow site is not for you. Friendly and loving staff. Visit other programs before making a decision. Don't rule out public school, with a good IEP and team it can be a positive experience.
I am truly in forever grateful for Autism care partners. This establishment is so professional as well fantastic with kids I have two kids that attend this school and my oldest has been there for almost 2 years and he is doing so well. They have helped him with sign language and navigate safe ways to express himself my youngest as well as just started attending and I can’t wait to see how well he does ,all of the new coping skills will learn this organization and truly does deserve all of the funding. I will forever and always be so grateful for this establishment. I recommend any kids on the spectrum to attendthis school you will not be disappointed at all. They truly are amazing and are the best in my opinion with helping kids Become the best version of themselves in teaching Safeway to communicate/express themselves.
I don’t even know where to start! This center was the best thing that ever happened to my daughter and our family in general, Nikki is a BCBA specialist there and she loved my daughter and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better team, they all worked hard with my daughter and she has shown much more progress from when she first started! Definitely send your kids here if they need extra help, they will take good care of them!
This was a horrible, horrible experience. I would never recommend going autism care partners. My son 2 years old had his autism evaluation with Dr. Ashley white. Barely a 15 minute intake, asking for nothing to do with his medical history, family history, or even asking about his caregivers in his life or who he lives with. Preforming the SRS-2, which doesn’t start until 3 years old, but she told me she didn’t understand her own notes she took about him so makes sense that she gave us the wrong tests and evaluations for him. Not introducing herself, or even double checking she had the right child or his father and I were even his parents. After 60 minutes, I finally broke that silence and introduced ourselves. Her response “we talked on the phone and I heard him call you dad so I assumed you were his parents”. My partner and I discussing answers and her telling us what to put while she was observing our son that she was meeting for the first time. Telling us how to answer questions about a kid she had no experience with. And blurting out how she was “pretty sure he’s type one” but will go through our paperwork to confirm. Being extremely uncomfortable, our sons EI specialist reached out to them on our behalf trying to figure out what testing was preformed. They gave her essentially no information. And were unhelpful at best. During the meeting with DR. Ashley white to get the report she had written. They’re were so many red flags. Admitting all she did was observe him, and how they don’t give a type for what level of autism he is at because most parents get mad if it changes. Which yet she blurted out how she’s “pretty sure he’s type one”. Contradicting herself in every other sentence. Then in her written report, she’s saying she preformed the ADOS? When telling me bluntly she didn’t. Most parents don’t know what to expect or this process. I am fortunate enough to have some type of understanding that this is not how this works due to my own background with family members who have gone through this. I would never recommend this place to anybody. Management completely unhelpful and Dr. Ashley White clearly did not do her job and fabricated parts of her report, and told me a different story in our meeting. Management there was completely blowing off the concerns we have when reached out too.
We have had two children here for over three years. Cannot recommend this center enough. The staff are the most compassionate wonderful humans to exist. They love our children and want them to succeed just as much as we do. Just cannot say enough wonderful things about ACP!!
Absolutely the WORST at getting a tour and interviewing the therapists. You can NEVER contact the site directly. They want ALL the information-personal, medical and insurance and the wait time is ridiculous! If they were the BEST I wouldn't choose them. This is a ridiculous process! Onto the next center I guess.....waste of time!
I was really really struggling to navigate the system to get my daughter her speech and OT that she needed. Everyone was making me run in circles. I spoke with Shanna from Autism Cares and she was phenomenal. She helped me navigate everything, connected me to the right people, setup appointments with the evaluators and helped me get my daughter the services she needed. I cannot say enough good things. She saved my daughter from about a year’s worth of delays! Bless her!
I cannot tell you how grateful I am for their help with my son. Leadership and 1:1 personalized help are phenomenal. My son is autistic, and needs quite a bit of behavioral help. I passed up all public schools in my area and drive 1000 mi a month to get my kiddo here M-F for the best possible help. They truly care about the kids and know what they are doing. When we get to the center, my little one is smiling from ear to ear. Thank you so much!
