When Autism Care Plus first opened, they were attentive and professional. My child's needs were met. The longer my child was there, the more I started to notice the decline of care and compliance. It became all about quantity before quality and it is now pretty much a glorified daycare, because the therapy and care plan flew out the windows months ago. They do not listen to parents concerns and ignore parents wishes. My child literally learned more from me at home than from the staff there. I was supposed to have (state mandated) parent classes every month. I had one parent class in 6 months!! The turnover by employees is absolutely insane, because there were new staff every day, meaning no consistency in my child's therapy plan. Also, I was informed that the staff there are acting very immature by gossiping and fighting amongst each other. Needless to say, do NOT send your child there if you are truly concerned about the development of your autistic child. There are many excellent ABA Centers in this town, please do your research and select the one that has immaculate reviews and awards of excellence. Autism Care Plus is not one of them.
My son loves autism care plus. Staff is great, friendly and caring. My family and I loved when Suddha came in from out of town to meet us, she was amazing as well as Ashley. We love Matt, he’s doing a great job with my son. I am pleased with Autism Care Plus
