I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and the incredible team of therapists and staff. From the very beginning, my grandchild struggled with certain behaviors and using his words. we have seen a lot of progression thanks to you and we just wanted to say thank. I will refer anyone here.

Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend This was my first experience with ABA therapy, and I would not recommend this location, especially if your child isn’t able to communicate effectively. The constant turnover of behavior techs is frustrating—they change every four weeks or more, causing major disruption in my child’s progress. There’s no explanation as to why a tech is removed, and parents aren’t even notified. How can a child build trust and routine when their support keeps changing? Even the techs themselves complain about the instability at this center. The new director is completely unprofessional and apparently works from home. I scheduled an in-person meeting with her, and she didn’t bother to show up—not even a courtesy call to reschedule. When I called her, she was literally still in bed asleep. That alone tells me everything I need to know about the leadership here. On top of that, communication is absolutely terrible. My child’s hours were changed without any notice to me, which is completely unacceptable. For the past 2-3 weeks, I’ve been trying to get an update on my child’s plan of care, and I’ve gotten zero response. I even escalated it to the manager over the director three days ago, and still, nothing. How are parents supposed to trust this facility when we can’t even get basic updates about our child’s care? I am trying to implement new strategies to support my child, but it’s nearly impossible when the staff constantly changes and there’s no stability. The techs seem to genuinely care, but when management is a mess, everything else falls apart. I regret choosing this place, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable ABA center.
