They create an account on your behalf with your social security to create an NPI!! If you are pursing anything else after Behavioral technical that needs to be billed by an NPI they will screw you because they didn't notify you about creating an account or even provide you the information. I found out the hard way after trying to create an account with my social security and it said it was already in use. Sketchy!!
