Have been taking my great grandson here for the past 2-3 months and it has been amazing. He has come so far since going here and we see so much progress. We love bringing him here and he loves coming here.
My daughter attends the morning sessions here and we love it. Not only are the BCBAs amazing at creating programs tailored to your child, but the therapists themselves are great at implementing them. Communication is huge and you get that daily with the therapist and weekly with the BCBA. Any questions you have they answer in a timely manner. The facility itself is kept nice and clean.
From walking into the main office, you and your child are greeted right away. Every staff member truly gets to know what works best for your child and they listen to what things happen at home you may want to work on as well. Our son went from being non-verbal and not wanting affection, to talking like crazy, always happy, and wanting hugs constantly and holding hands. They've helped him in so many ways a lot that showed even in his first week. This place and the staff are truly a blessing!
My son has been going here for 9 months and since Day 1 I have loved it. The staff are extremely nice and answer all of my questions. I benefit from parenting classes and they seem to not treat you like a client but actual listen and provide appropriate feedback. Very much a collaboration and not told how your child should be doing.
Staff is amazing. Clinic area is clean. We love this clinic and our son has made big gains!
