Frankie was WONDERFUL and made my day a little better. She took the time to connect with a frazzled mama of a 7 yr old with ASD looking for help and she made a difference. Not only did the chatting help, but she made an outline of phone calls to make and was quick to give me all the numbers. I can't wait to meet her in person at an event!
This place is pretty fun. My brother is autistic so I am very familiar with the autism society and they do like Lego clubs second Saturday of the month and then they do like a team club where you gotta be 13 to 20 and then after 20 they do an adult session called the adult session for autismand then they like try to do a whole bunch of different things like they’ll take you to splash lagoon and then they do a annual walk for autism and they like do a lot of things for the kids and it’s fun nice of them to do and it is like a nice getaway
Wonderful people with many program opportunities!
In my time in Erie these last 13 years I don't know that I've seen an organization rally people together like the Autism Society of NWPA. I've personally attended their Walks the last 7 years between COVID and not the most ideal weather... And people from all walks of life gather with their children. Their pets. Probably some of the kindest people you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. Personnel and sponsors brave the conditions too(I do remember sunshine one year). Thanks to our local Autism Society we are able to raise money for research and activity programs. And just raise awareness how special our kids are and other's out there with Autism are. Standing in a sea of 1000's it's hard not to see all of the work that the Autism Society does in our area. Please support them and join us at our wonderful Walks. You won't regret it.
This organisation has helped immensely from the time of diagnosis for our child to now and ongoing. They have so many activities for families, parents, moms. They run Lego clubs and other programs all the time. If you happen to get an autism diagnosis for your child you'll want to call this place to steer you right 👍👍
Worked with the Autism Society for Keller Williams Red Day. Wonderful facility and even better employees!
