My family is extremely thankful for this clinic's programs. Their staff is very professional. They helped us with my little brother. Of course we have to do our part and commitment in order to achieve the goal. I really recommend it.

Don’t get services here unless you want to be gaslighted or discriminated against. The DIs are great but the supervisors have no purpose other than to make you feel uncomfortable in your own home and show up to your house unexpectedly like they are from CPS! Find another agency please that’s why they only have a 2 star rating and soon will be less after I post this. God bless you all!

Lowkey it feels like everyone is treating you like a kid, sometimes all they do is play games and nothing else. Liek there some guys who are 20+ and still doing this ☠️. Cody was cool tho!

this place is a joke, please re consider beforehand. Little girls with a couple of hours of training sent to work with a autistic child. Unsatisfactory. Tried giving this place a second chance unfortunately nothing was different.

The only reason I stayed is because they’re contracted thru Long Beach unified so I had a set schedule until I was put on bed rest for my pregnancy. After Covid hit I was done and over it since schools were shut down. HR was not friendly about the separation and said I wouldn’t be eligible for unemployment since I wanted to leave due to no work being available but a few trainings here and there online. Instead of sending separation documents I got copies of clients personal checks as well as other classified information such as socials, phone numbers, and addresses. That is definitely unacceptable. I had to point that out to the head of HR and she acted like she had no idea what happened. Please seek services somewhere else. Your info is not safe and I was warned early on by Long Beach unified staff to get out as soon as I am able. They were absolutely right.

So far I am extremely happy with the company! Some of these bad reviews are based on personal experience with certain individuals. It's unfair that these individuals had to make it bad for those bad reviews, however the company is doing really good to accommodate the employees as well as the clients needs. I have heard nothing but good things and I'm looking forward to continuing my relationship with this company!

This is a business first, they don’t care about their clients and it shows in their actions. They constantly go against the recommendation of the teachers and parents when moving around their staff. This company will rip away a therapist who has been working with a child for years because it better suits their financial needs. They won’t want to pay experienced therapists longer hours because they cost the company more money and also create a toxic environment with the dynamic of the stuff so most people are unhappy and only stay for the continued relationship of their client. The beginning therapists are making the same or less than starting boxers at Costco therefore the turn over rate is very high, another reason your child may go through many therapists changes such as four or five in one year in my experience. If you care for your child you’ll make a better choice.
