Extremely unprofessional. They support unprofessionalism with their ABA tech. They don't return phone calls and they don't want to be held accountable for. All you can do is make a complaint with your insurance company and with the state. And move on and find some other company. Furthermore, it does say something when everyone in their company has an availability but they never have an availability Toby Turner phone call. It also states that there's a problem that they're so available. They're not in demand.
